WHAT CAN WE DO IF WE DO NOT FEEL WELL DURING OUR PERIOD?

One of the most common problems that we all have is that we feel bad during the period. Yes, no matter what age you are, sometimes you may experience negative feelings during your period. So sometimes, we may have mood swings a bit, and we can feel pessimistic.
The main reason for this is that our estrogen hormones are very low compared to the progesterone hormones in the second half of our menstrual cycle.
First, we should accept the situation, evaluate our feelings accordingly and go on with our lives without stressing ourselves out.
Then we need to pay attention to what we eat and drink.
Dark chocolate, for example, is perfect for increasing serotonin levels. You should definitely have one with you before your period. If you are feeling low, get a piece in your mouth, and you will notice the difference.
Besides Chocolate, there's a growing body of research showing that the omega-3 fatty acid in fish oil, for example, helps with even the worst depression. You can eat plenty of fish for omega-3.
During this time, there can be much more formation of edema in your body. So it's crucial to consume foods to combat edema. Dried apricots, bananas, and potatoes that contain potassium are some of them.
You should also pay attention to your sleeping pattern during your period. It would be best if you get eight hours of sleep, preferably at the usual times you are used to sleeping.
If you smoke during this time, it will be beneficial if you reduce the amount you smoke. It would be better if your body did not carry the burden of smoking on the circulatory and respiratory systems during this time.
We need to develop our methods of relieving stress, and one of them is to spend time with our friends. In other words, it will do us all good to chat, talk and have fun with our closest friends.
Light exercise is also one of the things you can do to ease your pain. You can opt for yoga, walking, and light fitness to free your mind and relax physically.
In other words, if you pay a little attention, you can minimize a potential period problem and continue living your life with joy.
